92health is a fitness tracking and social platform that allows you to log activities, track health metrics (including Garmin health data, body composition, and performance metrics), join clubs, participate in races, and use AI-powered coaching features. The service is provided on an invite-only basis.
92health is not a medical service. Any health-related features - including biomarker tracking, body composition analysis, performance metrics, training plans, AI health insights, and diet analysis - are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information provided by 92health is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you received through this platform.
In the event of a medical emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services immediately. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions based on information from this platform. Sharing health data with 92health is entirely voluntary.
92health uses artificial intelligence for goal coaching, food analysis, training plan generation, and health insights. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific health conditions. You should not rely solely on AI outputs for health or fitness decisions.
92health is not liable for any decisions, actions, or health outcomes based on AI-generated content. AI features provided by 92health are not FDA-approved and are not classified as a medical device.
You can opt out of AI data processing at any time in Settings without losing access to other features.
You should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, training plan, or fitness regimen suggested by 92health.
Any training plans, workout recommendations, or exercise guidance provided through 92health - whether AI-generated or otherwise - are followed entirely at your own risk. 92health is not responsible for any injuries, adverse health outcomes, or physical harm resulting from following training plans or exercise recommendations provided through the platform.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to 92health. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time.
92health uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and transmitted over HTTPS (TLS) in transit.
Where third-party credentials are stored (such as for Garmin integration), they are encrypted at rest using the same AES-256-GCM standard. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
92health integrates with third-party services (Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or data practices.
Garmin Integration: The Garmin integration uses encrypted credential storage rather than OAuth. Your Garmin credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. You may disconnect the Garmin integration at any time through Settings, which will permanently delete your stored Garmin credentials from our systems.
92health does not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party integration. Third-party services may change their APIs, terms, or availability at any time without notice.
92health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to health decisions made based on AI-generated content, injuries, or adverse health outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92health's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to 92health in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 92health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
